a) The subject of the order is the provision of the service by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of remote access to the electronic version of the Contractor's catalog of electronic publications in the form of e-books and audiobooks without page limits through remote access to this catalog using: - monthly access codes for the Ordering Party's users (resulting from the amount up to PLN 531, 000.00 gross. The minimum amount entered in the contract is PLN 91, 000.00 gross) and - from 20 to 200 monthly codes for the Ordering Party's employees, where the Ordering Party's users and the Ordering Party's employees are hereinafter referred to as the order/agreement Users. b) A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.
