3.1 The subject of the order is the renovation of two OW 150 AM/6 Ex pumps with factory numbers 349236 and 11408 in anti-erosion design for pumping brine, hereinafter referred to as the renovation. 3.2 As part of the renovation, the Contractor will ensure: 1) acceptance of the pumps being the subject renovation from the Ordering Party's warehouse located in Wieliczka, Park Kingi 1 and their delivery to the Ordering Party after the renovation, (note: the pump is dismantled in order to verify the scope of the renovation). 2) purchase or regeneration and assembly of materials and parts spare parts necessary for the proper performance of the renovation, 3) performance of all services necessary for the proper performance of the renovation, including: a) replacement of all fasteners and sealing elements with new ones, b) delivery and installation of new parts in accordance with tables No. 1 and 2, constituting Annex No. 2 to the contract template, c) regeneration and assembly of parts in accordance with tables No. 1 and 2, constituting Annex No. 3 to the contract template, d) pump assembly, e) performance of operational tests together with performance of the pump operating characteristics in class 2B, f) marking and anti-corrosion protection, g) carrying out acceptance activities.4) equipment necessary for the renovation.3.4 Remo...
