Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is construction work consisting of renovation works in the residential part of the palace wing (female part of the dormitory), which is used by the Forest and Ecological School Complex in Brynek. The building is located on the premises of the Palace and Park Complex entered into the register of monuments of the Silesian Voivodeship No. Reg. A/686/66. Lump sum settlement. 2. Renovation works include: a) renovating wooden parquet floors/replacing panels in bedrooms, b) painting the walls of the hall, corridor and rooms, c) moving the opening door within the internal wall, d) replacement of furniture, e) renovation of the bathroom, f) modernization of the electrical installation. Obligation to notify the commencement and completion of works to the Silesian Provincial Conservator of Monuments. Validity date of the permit - September 30, 2026.3. Detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Appendix No. 4 to SWZ Technical Documentation.4. The Contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement, constituting Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ.
