Remodeling Work of the Initial Training Center — "Kai Chi", on the R/C and 1st Floor or/C of Yoho Macau Tower of Ilha Verde

3. Place of execution of the work: Travessa do Laboratório, nº 23 and 25, and Rua do Laboratório, nº 4, Yoho Macau Tower, r/c and 1st floor «OR/C».

4. Purpose of the contract: refurbishment work at the place of execution of the work.

5. Maximum execution period: 180 days (calendar days).

6. Validity period of the proposals: the validity period of the proposals is 90 days, counting from the date of the public act of opening of the proposals, extendable, in the terms foreseen in the tender program.
