The object of the renovation work is the Hämeenlinna church located in the center of Hämeenlinna at Kirkkorinne 1, 13100 Hämeenlinna. The contract period is 6 months, approximately 09/2026 - 04/2027. In this tender, a project management contractor is being sought to manage Hämeenlinna church transformation project. The parts of the project are tendered in cooperation with the customer. The project management contractor (PJU) is asked for a fixed bid price for the services of the person responsible for procurement, the services of the responsible foreman and the site management, including responsibility for occupational safety. The responsible foreman must have exceptionally demanding qualifications. The contractor must calculate the offer in such a way that the necessary human resources are available from 17.8.2026 to 16.4.2027. The job begins by establishing a target price, procurement and ensuring the feasibility of plans. The actual construction period is September 14, 2026 - April 2, 2027. The project management fee is calculated as a percentage of the actual costs of the offered fee percentage in accordance with.
