Description: The Tennet plans to convert an existing administration building at its location in the longitudinal longitudinal length of 2a, 31275 Lehrte/ Ahlten, consisting of a parts of the building with 3 upper floors plus attic and without a part of the basement and a part of the building with 4 upper floors plus attic and a lower shot. The building parts of the inventory borders to a new building, which was put into operation in November 2022, and the guting of the existing building is planned to the support structure. This includes the complete dismantling of the interior design as well as the TGA systems and management systems. Following the gnawing, the renovation of the existing administration building of single and double offices to a campus building follows a non-territorial open space office landscape including meeting and still work rooms as well as communications areas in the form of meeting point/tea kitchens.
