The subject of procurement is Phase 1 of the removal of improperly disposed waste packed in “big bag” sacks and that is in bulk state at the location itself (mound of stored “plastic waste”), and its disposal and/or recovery pursuant to the Waste Management Act (Official Gazette No. 84/21, 142/23) and subordinate regulations, which includes loading, transport, and disposal and/or recovery of waste. The offered subject of procurement must provide for loading into vehicles (enclosed so there is no waste scattering), weighing at the nearest location, transport to the waste management location, and recovery and/or disposal in the total estimated amount of 5, 200.00 tonnes in a suitable and adequate manner, in accordance with the Waste Management Act.
