Remediation of the Barre Tunnel and pedestrian gallery, creation of an elevator, redevelopment of the Barre Belvedere The aim of the market is to select a multidisciplinary office, or a group of offices for SIA phases 31 to 53. The future agent will have to refine and deepen the variants retained in the feasibility study with the specifications and supplements which are detailed in documents 1 to 3 of the consultation file. The office or group of offices will be managed by the civil engineer for all phases. It is expected that the group will have experience in the field of works underground tunnels, the creation of vertical connection structures for active mobility as well as space planning public. The redevelopment of Place/Belvédère de la Barre being developed and managed by the City of Lausanne (MAP-ESP), the specifications, complements and coordination expected by the grouping linked to this object are detailed in document 2 of this procedure.
