Eligibility of Tenderer : - Up-to-date Trade License.- Up-to-date Income Tax clearance Certificate.- Written confirmation authorizing the signatory of the Tenderer-National ID Card of the signatory of the Tenderer- Valid VAT registration Certificate.- Electric ABC and Supervisory License. -minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works shall be 7 years in Public Sector in Bangladesh.- minimum specific experience(Electrical works/Electrical repair works of a residential/office building ) as Contractor of at least 1 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 5 years, with a value of at least Tk 25.0 Lacs (Taka Twenty Five point Zero Lacs ) under Public Sector in Bangladesh.- minimum Average Annual Construction Turn-over during the last 5 Years shall be Tk 50.0 Lacs ( Taka Fifty point zero Lacs ).- Liquid Assets: The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh, net of other contractual commitments shall be Tk15.0 Lacs (Taka Fifteen point zero lacs ) only.Minimum Tender Capacity shall be : Tk. 28.0 Lacs ( Taka Twenty Eight point zero Lacs ) only.
