Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer : Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 05 (five) years of general experience of tendering against construction works as contractor.Having experience in successful completion of at least 1 (one) Number of building work/Minimum Specific experience of Similar Nature work of Tk. 312.50 lac in a single tender in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh During last 05 (five) years. Should have experience in successful completion of multistoried building construction.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 1800.0 lac over the last 5 years.The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 300.00 Lac (This must be given by the proper format)Minimum Tender Capacity should be Tk. 400.00 lacThe tenderer must submit Up-to date Trade License, Income Tax clearance and VAT Registration Certificate.Up-to date ABC category contractor and supervisory License from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.Tenderers may participate in the Tender as JVCA. Maximum number of partners in the JV shall not be more than 2 (two).The Provisions laid down in the “PPA & PPR-2008 including latest all amendment” and STD will be Followed.
