Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tender is open to all eligible Tenderer who has1.Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the TDS.2.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shal be 05(Five) years.3.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction of at least 1(one) contract of similar nature i.e. RCC Building Construction Works successfuly completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk 3.00 (Three point Zero Zero) Crore in a single work order/tender in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh in standard work completion format attached in eTD.4.The tenderer shal have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (Five) years of Tk 3.20 (Three Point Two Zero) Crore. Payment Certificate(s) must be submitted as evidence of turnover.5.The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer as mentioned in ePW2(A)-8 shal be Tk 2.30 (Two Point Three Zero) Crore.6. The minimum Tender Capacity shal be Tk 3.5 (Three Point Five) Crore.7.The Tenderer must submit with Tendera.
