Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below:1. The Tenderers must have minimum 10 (Ten) years of general experience of construction works.2. The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor or subcontractor or management contractor in construction works of at least 1(one) similar nature successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 35.00 (Thirty Five) Lac in single contract under Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 60.00 (Sixty) Lac in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover.4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/ working capital/credit facilities (in the PW3-7 form without any alteration) Tk. 50.00 (Fifty) Lac.5. The Tender Capacity is Tk. 40.00 (Forty) lac. Supporting document must be submitted along with information as per enclosed form (ongoing works/commitments)6. The Tenderer must enclose VAT registration certificate, up-to-date income tax clearance certificate and up to-date trade license.7. Completion certificate of similar nature of work (As Specific experience) shall be submitted in the prescribed format as per STD (PW3) of CPTU (attached in section-7). All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
