The purpose of this sources sought notice is to gain knowledge of qualified vendors for market research purposes only. The Department of Veteran Affairs is looking for a REM Certified Pharmacy to ship Generic Lenalidomide to veterans prescribe this medicine. The REM Certified Pharmacy needs to have a shipment tracking and verifications system that can be shared with the Department of Veteran Affairs Pharmacies. The Pharmaceuticals must also be compliant with the Executive Order Delivering Most-favored-Nation Prescription Drug Pricing to American Patients (Dated May 12, 2025) allowing for the procurement of generic versions of pharmaceuticals when possible. The Pharmaceuticals must be compliant with 52.225-1 Buy American-Supplies requirements.
