Order description
The assignment concerns the selection and contract of two parties for delivering, taking care of and coordinating removals, including all required transport, logistics and packaging agents, both internal (within the buildings) and external (between the buildings, Leiden University and external locations). The locations of Leiden University are displayed in Annex A "Campusmap". Leiden University always retains the right to organize small relocations internally.
The requested relocation services relate, among other things, to:
Office workplaces (furniture, books (cupboards), communication and computer equipment);
Laboratories/research spaces (including freezers, laboratory material, etc.);
Library locations (including books, archives, paintings, maps, furniture);
Archive spaces;
Collections;
Art and antiques;
Educational spaces/lecture halls (furniture);
Computer rooms (PCs and furniture);
Warehouse/storage spaces;
Technical workshops;
Public spaces (restaurant, sports center);
Conditioned storage;
Use of a handyman for small jobs.
