Reliability of hydraulic models The purpose of this consultation is to provide reliability services for hydraulic models in the Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines region. The contract services are divided into seven (7) phases: o Phase 1: 1D hydraulic model correction o Phase 2: 1D hydraulic model adjustment, with or without measurement campaign monitoring o Phase 2b: extension of the measurement campaign (monitoring and calibration) o Phase 3: assembly of 1D hydraulic models and verification of wedging o Phase 4: creation and calibration of 1D-2D hydraulic model o Phase 5: post-calibration model correction o Phase 6: mapping o Phase 7: establishment of the stormwater management level map The market has tranches farms and optional slices. The contract takes the form of a mixed price market comprising: - Services concluded at a fixed price for each phase; - Services on purchase orders: this part of purchase orders does not include no minimum amount.
