Relaunch of batches declared without action within the framework of the work operation relating to the creation of a real estate complex and developments located on avenue Anatole France in the municipality of La Valette du Var. The work operation relating to the creation of a real estate complex and developments located on avenue Anatole France in the Municipality of Valette du Var was initially launched in allotment form, in order to allow competition adapted to the various works necessary for its completion. As part of the previous consultation, held according to an open call for tenders procedure in accordance with articles R.2161-2 to R.2161-5 of the public procurement code (JOUE notice no. 584389-2025 dated 09/05/2025), lots no. 2, no. 6 and no. 7 were declared without further action. These declarations without follow-up, taken in compliance with the rules applicable to public procurement, are intended in particular to enable the buyer to relaunch these lots under more suitable competitive conditions, taking into account: - the need to review the organization of services, - the need to change certain technical provisions in order to allow the operation to be carried out under more satisfactory conditions.
