The purpose of this contract is to implement Cybersecurity services and solutions: - Lot n°1: Identity management software in Active Directory? - Lot n°2: Bastion software. This concerns the relaunch of lot no. 5 of the services market and of cybersecurity tools, following an unsuccessful attempt. CIVIS wishes to implement an identity and access management (IAM) solution offering multi-factor authentication (MFA) for Active Directory, single sign-on (SSO), Contextual access controls and simple and efficient session management. The solution must be a SAAS solution in CAPEX mode in advance over 3 years. It should make it possible to organize the governance of the security of the CIVIS IS by a combination of processes ensured and executed by the governing body. It must enable the management of risks which could prevent the achievement of the objectives of CIVIS. Finally, it must enable the management of compliance of policies, procedures, laws and regulations of the CIVIS (NIS2). CIVIS wishes to set up a Bastion d'administration or PAM (Privileged Access Management) solution certified by ANSSI, to supervise, control, trace and protect its network and its servers from access to privileges.
