Tender Details

The procurement procedure used is: open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement with minimum and maximum has been implemented articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders. The services are divided into 2 Lots. Only batch 2 is relaunched, batch 1 has been awarded. The framework agreement has a duration of 8 years. The amount of services under the framework agreement is defined as follows: For lot no. 01 - Current section and roundabout minimum over 8 years excluding tax: 250, 000 euro(s) maximum over 8 years excluding tax: 1, 800, 000 euro(s) For lot no. 02 - Bridge on the railway minimum over 8 years excluding tax: 100, 000 euro(s) maximum over 8 years excluding tax: 400, 000 euro(s) The details of the missions entrusted to the holder appear in the specifications.
