Danao City Bulk Water Project - Preparation of Detailed Engineering Design (Consultancy Services for Pipeline Study)
The City Government of Danao, through the CEO - Capital Outlay 2016 intends to apply the sum of Php5, 000, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to cover eligible payments under the contracts described below. Bids received that exceed the ABC per project shall be rejected at bid opening.
The City Government of Danao now invites potential Bidders to apply for eligibility for the Consultancy Services:

Schedule of Procuement Activities:
1. Submission of Letter of Intent (LOI) - March 2-6, 2016
2. Eligibility Check/Shortlisting - March 3-7, 2016 at 8am-5pm BAC Secretariat Office
3. Issuance of Bid Documents - March 7-8, 2016 Secretariat Office
4. Pre-Bidding Conference - March 8, 2016 at 1:30p.m BAC Office
5. Submission, Receipts and Opening of Bids - March 21, 2016 at 1:30p.m BAC Office
Prospective Bidders for the above-mentioned works are now being invited. Interested bidders must have an experience of ten (years) in the business and of having completed at least one (1) contract similar to the contract to be bid, and whose value, adjusted to current prices using the NSO consumer price indices, must be at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC to be bid. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instructions to Bidders.
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using the relevant non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184, otherwise known as the -A"Government Procurement Reform Act-A
