This framework agreement (AC) concerns the reinforcement of the reinforced concrete posts of the car park at levels R-3 and R-4 following the structural diagnosis. The services fall under category 3 within the meaning of the Labor Code. In accordance with art. L.2113-11-2° du Public Procurement Code (CCP), the allotment principle was examined for this AC. After analysis, it was decided not to proceed with the allotment. The services concern work to reinforce the slabs in line with the reinforced concrete posts of the Les Halles car park, which have a homogeneous technical character and relate to the same nature of intervention. The work requires coherent management to guarantee the final quality and sustainability of the works. Devolution in separate lots risks making the performance of the services technically difficult. This single-awarded AC with purchase orders is governed in application of art R. 2162-4 paragraph 2° of the CCP, without a minimum amount and with an annual maximum amount set at: €300, 000 excluding tax. Duration of the AC: 1 year from the date of notification to the holder. It can then be renewed 3 times, tacitly, for a period of 1 year. Its duration cannot therefore exceed 4 years. Mandatory social integration provisions. This commitment represents at least: 525 hours of work, or 15 weeks at 35 hours.
