PCL\ED, a Joint Venture, acting as the Construction Manager (CM) are inviting Bidders to submit their Expression of Interest to bid on the supply and installation of the Level B1 (LB1) Stone Cladding portions of the Centre Block Rehabilitation Project. The project is located at 111 Wellington Street, Ottawa, Ontario. This is the first phase of a three-phase procurement process: Phase One - Request for Expression of Interest (REI), posted on MERX™ publicly to seek Respondents with experience in the supply and installation of decorative stone wall cladding systems, including limestone panels with inlaid copper elements. Phase Two - Request for Qualification (RFQ), will be issued to all who responded to the REI and is intended to pre-qualify Bidders with the necessary experience in the supply and installation of decorative stone wall cladding systems, including but not limited to limestone panels with inlaid copper elements, and all required coordination, detailing, and execution necessary to achieve the completed assembly in accordance with the design intent and project requirements.
