PCL\ED, a Joint Venture, acting as the Construction Manager (CM) are inviting Bidders to submit their Expression of Interest to bid on the supply and installation of Lamella Ceiling systems of the Centre Block Rehabilitation Project. The project is located at 111 Wellington Street, Ottawa, Ontario. This is the first phase of a three-phase procurement process: Phase One - Request for Expression of Interest (REI), posted on MERX™ publicly to seek Respondents with experience in the supply and installation of Lamella Ceiling Systems. Phase Two - Request for Qualification (RFQ), will be issued to all who responded to the REI and is intended to pre-qualify Bidders with the necessary experience in the supply and installation of lamella ceiling systems, including any required coordination, detailing, and execution necessary to achieve the completed ceiling assembly in accordance with the design intent and project requirement. Phase Three - Invitation to Bid (RFP) Invitations to Bid will be sent to those bidders who pass the requirements defined in the RFQ. This (REI) document sets out the requirements for the submission of the Bidder-s Expression of Interest and specifies the Bidder eligibility requirements that must be met to proceed to the RFQ and RFP phases.
