The project is located at 111 Wellington Street, Ottawa, Ontario.The Scope of Services of this REI shall be for:TAB subcontractor shall supply labour, equipment, tools, and all services required for air balancing, hydronic, and plumbing balancing, as well as provide commissioning support for the Mechanical Systems for the CB and PWC Buildings.This pre-qualification process is the first phase of a two-phase procurement process; the second phase is the Request for Proposal (RFP) phase.
