1. The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF UNISAN, through the 20% MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT FUND CY - 2026 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (₱ 1, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for REHAB/IMPROVEMENT OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING AND FACILITIES, UNISAN, QUEZON and 2026 - 027. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF UNISAN now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required SIXTY (60) CALENDAR DAYS. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
