1) The LGU GIPORLOS, Eastern Samar, through the 20% EDF intends to apply the sum of Four Million Pesos (Php4, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Rehab./Improvement of Farm to Market Road (Portion) in Barangay #7 to Brgy. Pres. Roxas, Giporlos under Contract No. INFRA 2026-06-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
