1. The Local Government Unit of Barangay Ulag, Prieto Diaz, Sorsogon, through the FY 2026 Barangay Development Fund (BDF) intends to apply the sum of Three Million Nine Hundred Thousand One Hundred Sixty Nine Pesos (₱ 3, 900, 169.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for REHAB/IMPROVEMENT OF BARANGAY LOCAL ACCESS ROAD @ BARANGAY ULAG, PRIETO DIAZ, SORSOGON. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected in a bid opening.
