Barangay San Fernando, Prieto Diaz, Sorsogon, hereinafter referred to as the Procuring Entity, invites all eligible, duly registered, and qualified contractors to submit sealed bids for the Rehab/Improvement of Barangay Local Access Road, located within the jurisdiction of this Barangay.
