REHABILITATION/IMPROVEMENT OF SPRING DEVELOPMENT
(Project Title)
1. The Municipality of General Nakar, through the Approved AIP Reference Code: 3000-400-1-3 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos (Php 2, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of General Nakar, now invites bids for the Rehabilitation/Improvement of Spring Development. Completion of the Works is required 76 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within (76 days) from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to Project.
