Invitation to Bid for Rehabilitation/Improvement of Public Library (Phase 1)
1) The Local Government Unit of Tabango, Leyte, through the Supplemental Budget No. 1 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos Only (Php 1, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation/Improvement of Public Library (Phase 1) at Brgy. Poblacion, Tabango, Leyte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Tabango, Leyte now invites bids for the above procurement project. Completion of the Works is required within 90 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders (ITB).
