1) The Municipality of San Sebastian, through the MLGU General Fund- 20% Development Fund FY 2025, 1M & BLGU Poblacion No.3 General Fund -20% DF FY 2023 to 2026, 1M intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION PESOS ONLY (Php. 2, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract no. 2026-03INF for REHABILITATION/IMPROVEMENT OF MULTI-PURPOSE HALL @ Poblacion 3. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of San Sebastian now invites bids for REHABILITATION/IMPROVEMENT OF MULTI-PURPOSE HALL @ Poblacion 3. Completion of the Works is required within 120 calendar days Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
