The Barangay Government of Callaguip, Paoay, Ilocos Norte through the 20% Barangay Development Fund from CY 2024, intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Fifty-Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty-Two Pesos (P 858, 982.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Rehabilitation/Improvement of Barangay Multi Purpose Hall under ITB No.: INFRA-CALLAGUIP-2026-002. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
