1. The NIA-Tarlac Irrigation Management Office (NIA-TARLAC IMO), through the General Appropriations Act of CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Nineteen Million Seven Thousand Three Hundred Thirty and 43/100 Pesos Only (Php 19, 007, 330.43) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Rehabilitation/Improvement of Canal System of TASMORIS (SMORIS) located in Capas, Province of Tarlac with IB No. NIA-TAR-2026-12-TASMORIS (SMORIS) - 1. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The NIA - Tarlac Irrigation Management Office now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within One Hundred Eighty (180) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
