1) The Local Government Unit of Prieto Diaz, Sorsogon, through the MUNICIPAL TRUST ACCOUNT KALAHI intends to apply the sum of Php 650, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Rehabilitation/Improvement of Agricultural Trading Center. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Prieto Diaz, Sorsogon now invites bids for Rehabilitation/Improvement of Agricultural Trading Center. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Eighty (180) Calendar Days upon the receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
