Tender Details

The consultation concerns the renovation work on a water tower. It includes a firm phase (structural rehabilitation, waterproofing and hydraulic compliance of the reservoir) and an optional phase (construction of a metal platform for the intervention of emergency services) The needs of the contracting authority are detailed in the specific technical clauses (CCTP) and the corresponding financial annexes. Maximum period for strengthening the optional tranche: 4 months from notification of the firm tranche. No compensation or discount will be granted. The overall execution time includes the time necessary to complete the firm tranche as well as that of the optional tranche, subject to of its strengthening by the project owner. It is equal to 7 months including 2 months of preparation from the date set by the start-up service order. The candidate may propose a shorter deadline only for the execution phase of the work. There duration of preparation remains incompressible. an on-site visit on a single date is mandatory (See RC for more details). a visit certificate will be issued to each candidate present who must attach it to their offer.
