Tender Details

This contract concerns the technical and aesthetic rehabilitation of the Tournesol aquatic establishment aimed at restoring the functionality and comfort of the site before its reopening. Major interventions include mechanical repair, security and maintenance over 5 years of the dome opening system, coupled with a partial repair of the waterproofing of the tall structures (fixed/mobile domes, junctions and crown) to eradicate infiltration. At the same time, the electrical and lighting installations in the pool will be modernized, and a new secure access control system using badges and turnstiles will be deployed. The interior and exterior spaces will be subject to secondary work, including the restoration painting following water damage (particularly in the men's locker room), repairing soft floor coverings in the entrance and re-tiling on the exterior areas. Finally, the site will end with a cleaning operation. thorough and complete disinfection of all premises, from the large pool to the 620 lockers in the changing rooms, guaranteeing perfect hygiene of the site.
