Tender Details

The purpose of this contract is the rehabilitation work on the sanitation networks in the municipalities of Troyes Champagne Métropole, carried out as part of the 2026 works program. In accordance with article L2113-10 of the Public Procurement Code, the contract This consultation is allocated as follows: Lot n°1: Renewal of the Route d-Auxerre wastewater network and the SUIVOTS wastewater pumping station in Saint-André-Les-Vergers; Lot n°2: Renewal of Berthelin wastewater pumping stations in Rosières and Jules Ferry in St Parres. This consultation only concerns lot no. 1. Lot No. 2 will be subject to further consultation. This contract is an ordinary works contract, treated at unit prices applied to the services actually executed and within the limit of the maximum estimated quantitative amount set in article D1 of the act of commitment. The contract runs from the date of notification to the contractor, for the entire duration of the work and until the end of any obligation in arising (warranty period included). In application of article 18.1.1 of the CCAG Works, the preparation period is included in the overall contract execution time. The deadline for the preparation period is 2 months from the prescribed date in the starting service order of said period. The deadline for execution of the work is 5.5 months from the date prescribed in the service order for the start of the said period The deadline for execution of the services proposed by the candidate in the act of commitment replaces the maximum period and has contractual value. In the absence of commitment from the candidate, the maximum deadline will be retained and will have contractual value. The site visit is obligatory (see article 3-4 of the RC).
