Each lot will be awarded separately. Services are paid by fixed prices. Located in the heart of the Protected Perimeter of Heritage Development of the City of Saint-Omer, this project is part of an ambitious vision for transform the Departmental Conservatory by 2030, the objective of which is to rationalize and improve the teaching sites. The heritage building will become a multi-purpose venue, ideal for the broadcasting and teaching of music ancient, voice, theater and collective practices via the auditorium with nearly 200 seats, two large collective practice rooms and other spaces. The expectations of the renovation are as follows: - Respond to programmatic and heritage of a building listed in the inventory of historic monuments - Recovery of structural disorders, - Acoustic treatment, - Obtaining the BBC Effinergie renovation label
