The purpose of this consultation is the rehabilitation of the Parc de Diane school group in Jouy-en-Josas, following the fire which occurred on November 23, 2025. The work consists of the restoration of the site. This concerns more specifically lot no. 2 “facades”. This lot was initially awarded to a company, which did not meet its obligations. Initial contract no. 202611-2 was therefore terminated. This contract therefore constitutes a substitute contract within the meaning of articles 52.2 and 52.4 of the CCAG Works. The work must take place during the All Saints' Day 2026 school holidays. Only lot no. 2 of consultation no. 202613 is open to competition. Contract No. 202613-1 has already been awarded as part of a procedure without advertising or competitive bidding, in accordance with Articles No. R.2122-8 and R.2123-1 of the Public Procurement Code.
