The work will be carried out in 4 lots separated according to the following lots: - lot n°1: Masonry - facade coverings - locksmithing/metalwork - exterior carpentry/concealments. - lot n°2: Waterproofing. -lot no. 3: Interior fittings - HVAC. -lot n°4: Electricity. For each of the lots, the market is an ordinary market. The deadline is a maximum of 10 months of work including 2 months of site preparation from the service order to start the work. The project owner, for the sake of promoting employment and the fight against exclusion, has decided to apply the provisions of article L2112-2 of the Public Order Code by including in the specifications of these contracts a mandatory clause of integration through economic activity. This clause is applicable to the entire contract For lot no. 1 only: The company is asked to quantify the mandatory variants below: -Mandatory variant no. 1: ITE wood fiber. -Mandatory variant no. 2: BSO power supply solar - Mandatory variant no. 3: Aluminum roller shutters For lot no. 3 only, A possible additional service is defined: - Possible additional service no. 1: Beautification of dry rooms in housing Bidders will have the obligation to meet the mandatory additional benefit (PSE).
