The Ministry of Justice announces an internal tender for the first time in full speed and in the method of joining and downloading for the work of rehabilitating the internal courtyard in the building of the Ministry of Justice / Central Administration/
According to the book of technical, financial and special legal conditions under the unified contract system issued by Law No. 51 of 2004
Estimated statement value / 22855000 / twenty-two million eight hundred and fifty-five thousand LBP
Primary insurance / /1143000/ only one million one hundred and forty-three thousand LBP
Primary insurances shall be submitted to the order of the Ministry of Justice either in cash in the deposit account at the central treasury of the Ministry of Finance, pursuant to a bank guarantee or a certified check issued by one of the resident banks approved by the competent public authorities in the Syrian Arab Republic
Final deposit: 10% of the referral value
Delay fine: (0.001) one per thousand for each day of delay, provided that it does not exceed (20%) of the contract value
Implementation period: 180 days, starting from the day following the contractor-s notification of the order to commence or deliver the work site
The offer commitment period is 60/sixty days from the day following the end date of submitting the offer
