Rehabilitation work and redevelopment of the old Promocash building at Marché Gare, commercial cell work part agri-food activity. This consultation follows a first procedure initiated by the contracting authority, declared without further action for reasons of general interest. Indeed, on the one hand, the validity period for offers provided for in the initial consultation documents has expired. On the other hand, the acquisition of the building by a subsidiary company, a prerequisite for the completion of the work could not be finalized, not allowing the contracting authority to have the necessary rights to undertake the planned work. These circumstances having now been lifted, the contracting authority has decided to relaunch a consultation. This procedure only concerns batches n°1, n°2 and n°9, the other batches not being renewed as part of this new consultation
