Description : 1. The Brgy. Poso through the BLGU-Poso intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Fourty Seven Thousand Six Hundred Fourty Five Pesos Only (P347, 645.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation of Wharf w/ Waiting Shed. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Brgy. Poso now invites bids for Rehabilitation of Wharf w/ Waiting Shed. Completion of the Works is required within 120 days upon receipt of NTP. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act.”
