1) The National Aviation Academy of the Philippines, formally known as the Philippine State College of Aeronautics, through the 2026 Corporate Budget for the contract approved by the governing Boards, 3 intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million Pesos, P 12, 000, 000.00, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation of Water System and Comfort Rooms of FAB Campus under Identification No. PB2026-07. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The National Aviation Academy of the Philippines, NAAP, now invites bids for Rehabilitation of Water System and Comfort Rooms of FAB Campus, in accordance with the provisions of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009. The award shall be given to the bidder with the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB) following the procedures under Sections 61 and 63 of the same IRR.
