REHABILITATION OF VARIOUS MPB IN DIFFERENT BARANGAYS OF SUMILAO
1) The Local Government Unit of Sumilao, through the Local Development Project Fund-BDP, 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Forty One Thousand Three Hundred Forty Nine Pesos & 80/100 (Php1, 141, 349.80) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for Rehabilitation of Various MPB in Different Barangay of Sumilao with ITB#2026-04-028 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Sumilao, now invites bids for Rehabilitation of Various MPB in Different Barangay of Sumilao using the Republic Act 12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR). Delivery of the Goods is required 90 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed Bidders should have completed, at least Five (5) years...
