Description : The City Government of Ligao, through the Supplemental EDF 2026-1 intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Five Hundred Forty One Thousand Two Hundred Twenty Five & 81/100 Pesos (₱8, 541, 225.81) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Rehabilitation of Tomolin-Binatagan Road to TESDA, Tomolin, Ligao City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
1. The City Government of Ligao now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works required 180 CD. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project with a value of at least 50% of the proposed project and have key personnel and equipment available for the completion of the contract. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (AR) No. 9184.
