Today's artificial grass has reached the end of its lifespan, and there is also a need to renew the pad, underfloor heating system and irrigation facilities. The purpose of the acquisition is to establish a new and robust artificial grass pitch with good playing quality, stable technical operation and a long service life. The track must be suitable for intensive use and provide predictable and easy operation in the years after handover. The pitch must satisfy the requirements of top football The FIFA Quality Pro standard. The implementation must take into account demanding access and logistics at the plant, as well as neighbours, noise and safe operation during the construction period. The municipality also emphasizes professional implementation, environmentally sound handling of extracted materials and a complete handover with the necessary documentation. Description of the assignment The procurement concerns a turnkey contract for the rehabilitation and expansion of the T0nsberg artificial turf track. The undertaking includes dismantling and removal of existing artificial grass with infill and pad, necessary works in the substructure, as well as delivery and establishment of a new complete artificial grass construction. The delivery shall also include a new underfloor heating system and a new automatic irrigation system, including the necessary technical installations, control systems, testing and regulation.
