Description : Invitation to Bid for
REHABILITATION OF STREET LIGHT
1) The Barangay San Juan, through the 20% - CY 2026, intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand Pesos Only (P395, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for REHABILITATION OF STREET LIGHT, Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Barangay San Juan now invites bids for REHABILITATION OF STREET LIGHT. Completion of the Works is required Twenty-Nine (29) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 2 year-s from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
