Description : Invitation to Bid for Rehabilitation of Steel Fence
1) The Barangay Local Government of Bonlao, Alcantara, Romblon through the 20% Development Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Seven Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Eight Pesos & Fifty Seven Centavos (707, 558.57) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation of steel Fence. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Barangay Local Government of Bonlao, Alcantara, Romblon now invites bids for Rehabilitation of Steel Fence Completion of the Works is required Bidders should have completed, within 30 calendar days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
