BARANGAY 23, SARRAT, ILOCOS NORTE
1. The Municipality of Sarrat, Ilocos Norte, through Calamity Fund 2026 to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Ninety-Eight Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-Seven Pesos and 85/100 (Php 1, 198, 277.85). Being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation of Slope Protection at Brgy. 23 San Andres, Sarrat, Ilocos. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Sarrat, Ilocos Norte now invites bids for Rehabilitation of Slope Protection at Brgy. 23 San Andres, Sarrat, Ilocos. Completion of the Work is twenty-seven (27) Calendar days. Bidders should have completed a SLCC similar to the Contract to be bid. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II, Instructions to Bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
