Description : 1. The Municipal Government of San Mariano, Isabela through the General Fund FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Six Hundred Forty Eight Pesos and 46/100 (Php. 199, 648.46) payments under the contract for Rehabilitation of Slaughterhouse Building with Contract ID No. INFRA-ETG-24-03-011 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of San Mariano, Isabela now invites bids for the procurement of the above-mentioned project. Bidder should have completed a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instruction to Bidders. Prospective Bidder must have a Valid PCAB license and Registration at least Small A.

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
